These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the hhdb online casino and betting platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). By accessing the hhdb.lat website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. hhdb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being restricted or closed.

• The name, address, and ID details provided by the member must be genuine.
• The name of the payment method owner and the account holder must be the same.
• The use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. hhdb will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

The member is solely responsible for all activities that occur on the account. hhdb will not be held liable for unauthorized third-party access to an account, unless it is proven to have resulted from our own failure.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on the hhdb platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing investigation.
• hhdb may request additional verification documents; failure to provide them in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit at hhdb will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x and applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once and cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
• Transferring a bonus to another account is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• hhdb reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 Fair Play

All games are operated with SSL encryption and fair play assured. Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or strategy is prohibited.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, hhdb will investigate the situation and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, incorrect balances or prize amounts displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhdb platform and may result in account closure or legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Using third-party payment methods or accounts.

8.1 Closure by hhdb

hhdb may temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicion of fraud or manipulation, failure to complete identity verification, or security-related reasons.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may also request the closure of your account at any time. In this case, send an email to [email protected]. It is possible to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

The hhdb platform is operated on an "as is" basis. hhdb will not be held liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Losses arising from the member's own mistakes or negligence.
• Grievances or dissatisfaction regarding the outcome of bets or games.

hhdb always strives to maintain the quality of the platform, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of service interruptions.

The collection, use, and storage of members' personal information is described in detail in hhdb's Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

hhdb does not sell members' information to third parties. However, information may be provided when required by law or upon request from authorities.

hhdb reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Members are advised to visit this page regularly.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms.
